We stand behind our product and will repair or replace, free of charge, any jewelry that is defective due to materials or workmanship, or damaged during shipment (in the case of special orders). If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it free of charge within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will repair or replace the item, if possible, for reasonable materials and shipping fees. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
